EVOLUTIONARY ROUTE
New beginnings, rebirth and re-imagination have been the foundations of my work throughout final year. Using these elements, I have designed into traditional aspects of menswear and created for a contemporary, abstract, market.
My final major project is a menswear collection drawing upon a current societal urge/desire to start afresh and begin a new "ROUTE". Through textiles and fabric experimentation and an intrigue towards traditional American garments, the collection highlights a contemporary viewpoint on traditional menswear ultimately creating a new, abstract, and fresh outlook on traditional menswear.
