SHIP TO SHORE
Ship to shore is an Autumn/Winter 2021 collection driven by my Grandpas expedition to Antarctica. Inspired by the Shackleton Voyages, the garments have a focus on the silhouette motivated by the vintage Antarctic outerwear used between 1910 – 1919.
As well as layering garments to provide warmth and readiness to arrive from the ship onto the ice surface of the South Pole, expect to see an interesting approach to uniting a historically inspired experience with an urban aesthetic, combined with loud colourful prints and a range of contrasting fabrics.
Overall, Ship to Shore 2021 encapsulates my Grandpas Antarctic experience forming a contemporary Menswear Outwear collection.
